For your service, Grandpa I created a family tree login account and learned how to index and put in information to prepare names to do temple work for. We had a family history consultant come over 2 times to teach my mom and I how and what to do. We looked through the big binder we got delm Grandma and entered dates and stories from your family line. I loved reading and learning about your family and how we are all connected. Reminds me of the movie CoCo and if we don’t remember them, who will?!
It was so special being in the temple with you in Nauvoo for my first time doing baptisms. Being able to have you baptized me for your family members you knew personally was so neat. I remember the spirit being so strong and you being so emotional. Thank you for being a great example to me. Merry Christmas! Love Porter
